Retired teacher of English, Mike Jenkins is living in Merthyr Tydfil in Wales. He is the winner of many prizes including Eric Gregory Award, Wales Book of the Year & John Tripp Prize for Spoken Poetry. He was former editor ‘Poetry Wales’ magazine & co-editor ‘Red Poets’ magazine for 28 years. His most recent books are ‘The 3 Molas’(Carreg Gwalch), poems from Cameroon ( with Ifor ap Glyn & Eric Ngalle Charles) and ‘ Anonymous Bosch’ , poems in Merthyr dialect with photos by Dave Lewis.
