Dr. U. Mahendran is an assistant professor at Sir Theagaraya
College, in the department of English, at Old Washermanpet in Chennai.
His area of interest is literary theory, disability rights, disability studies
and writing poems/essays/stories in Tamil and English. he has published few articles
and a tamil poetry book. He has a deepest fascination to read books and discuss about them
in groups.
