MIMOSA - LIKE - Manas Bakshi (India)

MIMOSA - LIKE

-         Manas Bakshi (India)

Sensitive like a mimosa

Afraid of a vulgar touch

It grows immaculate

Somewhere inside human heart --

Redeemed everyday

With incipient sunlight

Refurbished afresh

With rare drizzle in sunlight

It signifies love of life;

Other trees  're wailing

And waiting for a stormy night

To revive aroma of life

In the smell of soil after rain ....

At the other end

Feel - the - thrill ends in

Mimosa's drooping insensate

At the touch

Of hands unwanted.
