Nilufer Ali
is a PhD Research Scholar at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Eco-critical perspectives on the Environmental Changes in Postcolonial India,
is the concern and content of her research work. Ecology and Environment, South
Asian Literatures on Ecocriticism, Climate Fiction; contribute to her areas of
passionate interest and critical study.
Apart from Environmental Literature, the writer is extremely interested
in Victorian Literature and European Literature. Further she has a desire to
continue her research work as a Post Doctorate Research Scholar in
Environmental Humanities outside India. She wishes to study and research about
Climate Change, Global Warming and the loss of Biodiversity at the global
scale. Environmental Activism is another future prospect which she would take
up along with her future research work.
