Ramprosad Das is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Education
at the Usha Martin University, Ranchi. He has qualified for UGC-NET / WB SET in
Education. His research interests include Various Education policies, Eminent
Educationists, Special education, and Teaching Methodology. He has completed
his postgraduate degree in Education and English from WBNSOU. He also has the
experience of working as a headmaster in Ordnance Factory Schools and guest
lecturer at WBNSOU. His research papers have been published in both National
and International Journals. He has presented papers at Various reputed national
and InternationalConferences.He has 4 research-papers published as book-chapters
