Dr. Alaghari Ramesh
Babu is an Assistant Professor in the
Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the College of Engineering,
Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, where he has been serving since 2007. With a
strong academic background and over a decade of teaching and research
experience, Dr. Babu specializes in interdisciplinary studies that bridge
literature, society, and culture. He has
authored several research papers and reviews in national and international journals,
with a keen focus on themes such as class struggle, gender equality, and human
values. Dr. Babu is currently working on a review of Shackles of Shadow, a
poetry collection by his colleague, exploring themes like natural beauty, human
fragility, and social injustice. A passionate teacher and mentor, Dr. Babu is
committed to nurturing critical thinking among his students. Beyond academics,
he is an avid advocate of Gandhian ideals, reflected in his research on
literature influenced by Gandhi, including works by Bhabani Bhattacharya. Dr.
Babu resides in Visakhapatnam with his family. His dedication to education and
literature continues to inspire his contributions to academia.
