Jintu Thakuria is currently working as an Assistant
Professor in the Department of Education, Handique Girls’ College, Guwahati. He
is also known for his widely acclaimed literary works. His area of research
includes Queer Studies, Marginalisation, Developmental Psychology and
Educational Sociology. His research works have been published in peer reviewed,
UGC care listed and Scopus indexed journals. He has authored several academic
books for educational studies. He is recipient of the Sahitya Akademi Yuva
Award 2023.
