Hunjili Katharpi serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department
of English at B.H. College, Howly, Barpeta, Assam. She obtained her M.A. in
English from Gauhati University and a B.Ed. degree from the same institution.
She earned her M. Phil degree from the
Dept of English, Assam University, Diphu Campus. Engaged in teaching since
2016, she has presented papers at several national and international seminars
and conferences. Her research contributions have been published in edited
volumes and peer-reviewed academic journals. Her areas of scholarly interest
include women’s writings, postcolonial studies, Indian English literature,
Ecocriticism, and North East Indian literature.
