Sivani Brahma Baruah is an Independent Researcher and Guest Faculty at Gyanpeeth Degree College, Assam. She holds a B.A and M.A in Political Science from B. Borooah College, Assam and University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM), respectively, and qualified UGC NET in 2024 and 2025.
