Jayakrishnan R
is an assistant professor of English at MMNSS College Kottiyam, Kollam, Kerala.
An academician for more than thirteen years, he has served as a teacher in
various colleges under Mahatma Gandhi University and the University of Kerala,
including NSS College Pandalam, Maharajas College Ernakulam, SVR NSS College
Vazhoor and NSS College Nilamel. He is also a poet with two collections to his
credit, Once in the Wilderness (2011) and The Talisman of Disorders
(2024) both published by Tangled Web Press, Kansas, USA. He has also associated
with his publisher as editor for a collection of poems by the women of India
titled Blossoms of India(2011). Presently he is pursuing his
PhD in Climate Fiction.
