Malabika
Sinha is working as an Assistant Professor in English at Ananda Chandra College
of Commerce, Jalpaiguri. Her articles are published in several journals
like International Journal of
Afro-Asian Studies, Creative Flight Journal, International Journal of
Research and Analytical Reviews, Research Journal of English Language and
Literature. She has presented papers in diverse topics, in national and
international seminars, for instance, “Water in a Vulnerable State:
Influence of Literature in Eco-awareness”, “Nature and Literature: Eco-critical
Reading of Selected Poems of Mamang Dai", “Negotiating Spaces in a
Gendered Society: A Study of Selected Plays of Mahesh Dattani”. There are
several book chapters based on different themes, published in different edited
books. Her area of interest encompasses postcolonialism, women’s studies,
ecocriticism, ecofeminism, cultural studies and Indian English Literature.
