Disha Banerjee
is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in English Literature at the University of Lucknow.
Her work specializes in mental health and illness across Asian literary
narratives, with a focus on Japanese, Indian, and South Korean literature. She
holds an MA and BA in English Literature from the University of Delhi, where
she developed a strong foundation in critical theory and comparative studies.
Aiming to bring a creative and interdisciplinary lens to her scholarly
pursuits, her main research goal lies in bringing together her interests in Asian
literature, social psychiatry, phenomenology, health humanities, and narrative
studies under a unified study.
