Nil Kamal Roy is a research scholar at the Department of English and
Foreign Languages, Central University of South Bihar. His
field of research is mainly Spiritualism with the focus on Indian cultural practices.
He has completed M.Phil at the Department of English, Visva-Bharati in 2023.
The field of his M.Phil research has been Trauma study. He completed his MA in English from Raiganj
University and BA in English from Raiganj Surendranath Mahavidyalaya. His
areas of interest are: Indian Philosophy and IKS, Folklore, South Asian Study
and Rajbanshi Literature. He was the co-editor of Megh-Dumbor, a
research oriented literary journal on folklore, for four years.
