Swati Kumari is a Junior Research Fellow at the department of English
Studies, Central University of Jharkhand. Her research operates at the critical
intersection of gender diversity and literary trauma theory, with a particular
focus on the socio-cultural dimensions of non-binary identities in the Indian
context. Her scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed articles published
in both Scopus-indexed and UGC-CARE listed journals. She has presented her
research at numerous national and international conferences, contributing to
contemporary dialogues on subjectivity and representational politics. Her
current work investigates the diverse landscapes of gender non-conformity in
India, exploring how literary narratives navigate the complexities of identity
and displacement.
