towards the sky
like the giraffe
to reach out
the setting Sun
with some missive.
Lo! The gentle breeze
of this evergreen
and fertile
octogenarian tree
that blows so fragrant
as if to assure
a pageanted feast
with a soothing rest
for the tired Sun.
