Dr. Sumbul
Nasim is an Assistant Professor
in the Department of English at Trivenidevi Bhalotia College, Raniganj, West
Bengal, India. Her areas of interest are Postcolonial Literature, Post 1950s
British Literature, Indian English Literature and Partition Literature. She has completed her Doctoral Research work
on the works of Saadat Hasan Manto from Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol, West
Bengal, India. She has published papers in international journals and has
presented papers in international seminars. She also loves translating from
Urdu to English and has published a few translations.
