Laughter is a great
gift of nature,
Tames your brain,
makes you stress free,
Relieves your
depression, cures high blood pressure,
Memory loss,
amnesia, asthma and allergy,
Irritability,
jaw stiffness and waist pain.
If laughter does not
charm you like a bride,
Start laughing
through facial grimaces,
Pull out your
tongue,
Raise your eye brows,
Read funny books,
Listen to jokes,
Practise before a
mirror,
But continue
laughing.
Laughter is the
mother of,
Dopamine, , oxytocin
and endorphins.
So let’s keep
laughing , day by day,
Spreading cheer in
every way.
