Ananya Deol has worked as an academic and literary editor with
Macmillan Publishing Solutions and as a features editor at eFiction India, an
independent magazine devoted to fiction, poetry, art and criticism. She holds a
Master’s degree in English Literature from IGNOU and has earned certifications
in Language Skills and Creative Writing from the British Council, New Delhi.
Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Comparative World Literature at San
Francisco State University. Ananya is a part-time poet and the author of two
short poetry collections: Dew and Daze (2017) and Vague
and the Variable (2022). She resides in San Francisco where she
continues to explore literature through both academic and creative lenses.
