Dr. Swayam Prabha
Satpathy is a philanthropist, an academic, author, editor, researcher
and a columnist. Being a corporate trainer and a career counselor, she has been
exposed to the need for soft skills as a life skill to be mastered. She has been
awarded various awards. To name a few Siksha Ratan Puraskar, Teacher’s Excellence
award and Best Academician Award,
and Special Award from Indian Institution of Industrial Engg. She has been
the keynote speaker and chaired sessions in many National and International
Conferences as National University of Singapore 2013, Imperial college of
London 2016 and Harvard Cambridge University Boston USA 2019, Bucharest State Economic University, Romania,
IAFTEL, TESOL Vietnam, Belarus State University and in various Universities of
Odisha and other states of India and abroad. She is an Editorial Board Member
of Journal of Contemporary literary thought and Editorial Board member of
Frontiers of Psychology. She is presently the
Editor in Chief of Rupkatha Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences. Trained with Direct Training Skills and
Design of Training from Govt. of India. Department of Personal Training and
Management. She has numerous publications in National and International
Journals. She is one of the 100 Indian
Women Achievers in the year 2023. She has also been recognized as a
Global Icon University USA which is recognized by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
