Dr. Dilip K. Madhesiya is an Assistant Professor of English at Jananayak Chandrashekhar University, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. His research and teaching interests span Indian Writing in English, Indian and Western poetics, Indian mythology, and communication studies. Dr. Madhesiya brings extensive teaching experience from leading institutions, having designed and taught courses across literature, literary theory, linguistics, and communication studies. He has published more than thirty research papers in reputed journals and contributed chapters to scholarly volumes. Beyond literature, he holds a patent in AI-based linguistic processing, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to language and technology. Actively involved in academic administration, Dr. Madhesiya serves on key university committees and coordinates initiatives related to NEP 2020, IQAC, and digital learning. He has mentored numerous postgraduate, undergraduate, and experiential research projects. Frequently invited to deliver lectures, he participates actively in national and international seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes, contributing to both scholarly discourse and academic mentorship.
