Nirmala
Varghese is Associate Professor in The Department of
English, Christian College, Chengannur. She completed her BA and MA from
M.G.University, Kottayam. In 1997, she was the third rank holder in MA English
from M.G. University. She has an M.Phil degree from The University of Kerala
.She has presented papers in National and International Seminars and has
published papers in refereed journals. Her areas of interests are Environmental
Humanities, Women’s Writing and Postcolonial Studies. At present, she is
pursuing her PhD in Hydro Humanities.
