Dr. Rashmi Buragohain is an Associate Professor, Department
of English, Moran College, Assam, India. Her areas of interest are Women’s Studies, Postcolonial
Studies, Northeast Indian Literature, Women’s Writings, and Climate Fiction.
She was awarded the PhD by Gauhati University for her thesis “Re-presentation
of Women in Colonial Assam: Reading Texts and Contexts”.
