Pratibha
Singh is an English teacher with the Government of NCT of Delhi and a Ph.D.
scholar at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Her ongoing doctoral
research, titled "A Critical Study of Selected Voices of the
Progressive Writers’ Movement in India," focuses on examining distinct
literary voices within India's Progressive Writers' Movement. She holds a
Bachelor’s degree in English (Hons) from Maitreyi College (2013) and a Master’s
degree in English from Ramjas College (2015), both under the University of
Delhi. Additionally, she has qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET)
and the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Her published research
includes articles in the International Journal of English Language, Literature
and Humanities and the International Journal of Research. She has
also contributed chapters to edited volumes, including "Tracing
transitions in Badal Sircar's Theatre" (Upanayan Publications) and "Documenting
Dalit Female Voices" in Dalit Feminist Discourse (Routledge,
2025).
